This policy explains what data Fi-Time collects when you read the site, why we collect it, and how you can ask us to access or delete it. Fi-Time is a publication; we do not open accounts, hold funds or run credit checks.

What we collect

  • Request data. Standard server logs: IP address, user agent, referring page, requested URL and timestamp. Used for security, abuse prevention and diagnostics.
  • Analytics data. Aggregated page views, approximate location at country/region level, device type and navigation paths.
  • Advertising data. Where advertising is served, partners may set identifiers to limit repetition and measure delivery.
  • Correspondence. The content of emails you send us, kept for as long as needed to handle the matter.

We do not ask for financial account numbers, and you should never send them to us. We do not sell personal information for money.

Cookies and similar technologies

Cookies are small files stored by your browser. We use strictly necessary cookies to serve the site, and — where permitted — analytics and advertising cookies. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings; strictly necessary cookies cannot be disabled without affecting the site.

Legal bases (EEA/UK readers)

  • Legitimate interests — operating and securing the site.
  • Consent — analytics and advertising cookies, where consent is required.
  • Legal obligation — retaining records where law requires it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or port your data, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent. Under the CCPA/CPRA, California residents may also request disclosure of categories of personal information collected and may opt out of sharing for cross-context behavioural advertising. Exercising these rights will never cause us to degrade your experience of the site.

Send requests to privacy@fi-time.com with enough detail to identify the data. We aim to respond within 30 days.

Retention and transfers

Server logs are retained for a short operational period; aggregated analytics may be kept longer because it no longer identifies individuals. Our hosting and analytics providers may process data in the United States and other countries, under contractual safeguards.

Children

Fi-Time is written for adults and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update the date above and, where appropriate, note the change on the site.
